


Thank you for your interest in reserving the Intercultural Center for your event. Please fill out the Intercultural Center Reservation Form in its entirety to request use of the space.
The IC event space is free of charge for all UA student organizations and UA campus departments. The IC team will be on site to assist with setup, breakdown, and technology needs.
General Reservation Guidelines
- All reservation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your event.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the request to be received and reviewed.
- If more details are needed or the space is unavailable, the IDC will contact you.
- Any changes made to the reservation must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours prior to the reservation beginning.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted in writing 72 hours before the event start time to the departmental email: ua_ic@ua.edu.
