Initiatives
To further enhance our efforts, the Division of Opportunities, Connections and Success will develop and oversee three primary initiatives in partnership with divisions and departments across campus, including:
Opportunities
Increasing access to higher education through heightened academic support and services to Alabama students and families with lower attendance rates.
Connections
Fostering campus-wide initiatives on free speech and civil discourse.
Success
Preparing students for the global workforce and helping students and employees understand and effectively work with individuals from varying backgrounds.
