Success Initiative
With the workforce increasingly becoming more team based, graduates will be expected to work effectively with all kinds of people from various backgrounds and experiences. Through this program, UA will prepare its students and employees to work more effectively with those from different backgrounds.
This initiative will establish a series of interactive learning opportunities for students, faculty and staff. The programs will also be available for departmental scheduling. These offerings will be in addition to what is available from various courses within specific major areas of study.
This initiative will be offered in collaboration with existing programs, including those in Human Resources, the Career Center, Student Life, and the Teaching Academy.
